Refreshing Early Spring Slaw
Boost of vitamines

- Grate the apple and mix it with the lemon juice in a big bowl.
- Add the cabbage, the carrot, the spring onions, the parsley and the garden cress and mix everything together.
- Add some salt, pepper and sprinkle with the olive oil before serving.

Sprinkle your salad with a bit of good extra virgin olive oil and enjoy the great taste of fresh, crispy vegetables.
